Job Description
You will serve as a member of Build and Release Tools pod that manages CI/CD build and distribution pipeline for the Roblox player app. As a member of this team you will work on automating and improving this process with the goal of increasing frequency and reliability of app releases. You will be reporting to the engineering manager leading Build and Release Tools.
You Will:
- Work on Improving build scripts for Android iOS Windows and other platforms.
- Work on automating other aspects of the release process e.g. delivery of OTA updates.
- Serve as release driver to ensure successful weekly releases.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure continuous progress to faster and safer releases.
You Have:
- 5 years of software engineering experience
- Expertise in modern clientside CI/CD including iOS and Android build automation
- Proficiency in Python
- A passion for automation
- A deep understanding of app store policies
- Clientside development experience (a strong plus).
- Experience with Go C and Rust (a plus).
