Job Description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for optimizing supplier relationships negotiating contracts and ensuring costeffective procurement strategies. This role involves evaluating vendors managing supply chain risks and improving procurement workflows to drive efficiency and compliance. With strong analytical negotiation and stakeholder management skills the ideal candidate will contribute to strategic sourcing and costsaving initiatives while maintaining highquality standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure the best value quality and reliability.
  • Negotiate draft and manage vendor contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations to achieve favorable terms cost savings and winwin outcomes with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and resolve any disputes or performance issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends pricing and industry developments to inform purchasing strategies.
  • Streamline and improve procurement workflows systems and policies.
  • Assess and mitigate risks in the supply chain ensuring business continuity.
  • Analyze procurement data to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.

Skills and Experience:

  • 37 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills
  • Certification (e.g. CPSM CIPS) is a plus but not required

The Base Salary range for the role is included below.
