We are seeking a Corporate Knowledge Management and Innovation Attorney to collaborate with Corporate practice leadership and attorneys to create manage and deliver highquality knowledge assets. This role will focus on updating and communicating precedents forms and processes to ensure the information is current and accessible. The position also involves working with technology to enhance legal operations and client service including artificial intelligencebased solutions document automation and data analytics. The attorney will help maintain knowledge management tools collaborate on content production and facilitate communication about available resources.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge management tools and resources for the Corporate practice.
- Update and facilitate document changes and peer reviews for templates provisions and procedures.
- Identify and implement innovative technology solutions to improve legal service delivery.
- Support business development efforts with client alerts and thought leadership content.
- Analyze and improve workflow processes and training materials.
- Collaborate on legal training and update materials as needed.
- Assume additional responsibilities related to knowledge management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and J.D. required.
- 5 years of experience in a large law firm with a focus on corporate practice preferably in M&A securities and/or venture capital work.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in legal software and applications such as iManage and document automation platforms.
- Experience integrating technology within a law firm with a focus on usercentric solutions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver results.

Compensation & Benefits:
- This position offers a comprehensive benefits package.
- Salary range: $195000 to $250000 bonus eligible.
