Greystones is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) in their acceleration of the DoDs adoption of data analytics and AI to generate decision advantage from the boardroom to the battlefield. You will facilitate the Scrum process ensuring that the team follows Agile principles and practices. You will help manage sprint planning guide daily standups track progress and support continuous improvement by fostering collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
Hybrid schedule. 23 days a week in Falls Church Arlington or Alexandria.

Responsibilities:
Document requirements and specifications and review documentation from other teams and vendors
Collaborate with mission teams to connect with potential customers within the DoD identifying and assessing prospective projects
Analyze and synthesize the requirements behind feature requests suggest alternative technical and business approaches and coordinate engineering efforts to meet tight deadlines.
Provide subject matter expertise to guide iterative agile development addressing evolving project requirements and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree plus 57 years experience or a Masters Degree plus 3 years of experience.
Experience with Agile software development methods and tools.
Ability to synthesize requirements from feature requests decompose them into user stories and group them into logically consistent epics.
Ability to track and report team utilization and velocity.
Strong communication skills. It will be required to engage fellow CDAO members and DoD crossorganizational colleagues inside and outside of the team.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
