Position Summary:
The EH&S manager is responsible for refining and overseeing the performance and growth of EHS Programs at SkyWater Minnesota.. The EHS Manager has key responsibilities for ensuring compliance with state and federal legislation as applicable to the organization and managing the critical relationships and permits with regulatory agencies. This position will be responsible to create implement and monitor EHS strategies to minimize environmental impacts and promote a safe & healthy workplace for our employees.

U.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology Foundry Inc. subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All accepted applications must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. citizen U.S. Permanent Resident Political Asylee or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering CIH CSP OHST GSP or other certifications preferred ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 program development preferred.
Has experience and knowledge in the area of environmental management including but not limited to Water Air Waste and ISO 14001.
The annual salary range for this role is $108400 $162600. Pay offered is based on many factors including but not limited to the jobrelated experience skills education and credentials of each candidate.
