Our Client is an esteemed law firm in Wimbledon is seeking a Litigation Senior Associate to join their expanding team.
This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor with approximately 7 years PQE in mixed litigationespecially with a focus on Property Lawto step into a role with clear progression to Director/Partner level.
The firm values a clientcentric approach and commitment to excellence in legal service and the role is ideal for a driven litigator seeking longterm growth.
Role Overview:
- Mixed Litigation Caseload: Manage a diverse range of litigation matters with a primary focus on propertyrelated disputes including landlord/tenant issues boundary disputes commercial and residential property claims and construction litigation.
- Client Engagement & RelationshipBuilding: Develop and nurture client relationships with support to expand your client base within a wellestablished firm. While a client following is advantageous it is not essential.
- Leadership & Strategic Contribution: Play an active role in the firms growth strategy contributing insights and expertise to lead the litigation team toward longterm success.
- Clear Progression Path: This role offers a transparent track to Director/Partner allowing you to shape your career in leadership and expand your influence within the firm.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 7 years PQE in litigation with a preference for candidates with substantial experience in Property Law.
- Proven track record in client management case handling and achieving positive outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously and make strategic contributions to team and firm objectives.
- Previous experience with a client following is a plus but a collaborative businessminded attitude is key.
