Assistant Sales Manager

Closets by Design is an industry leading manufacturer and installer of residential custom closets garage cabinets home office and more. We have an immediate opening in our Sales Management department. This role consists of Managing a team of outside commissioned sales representatives from our office in Orlando FL.
Job Description:
- Supervise 2025 outside sales commissionbased designers
- Duplicate all established Company training systems policies and procedures
- Public speaking skills are a plus.
- Accomplish performance driven sales objectives
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment
Requirements:
- Recruiting hiring training developing and managing a commission only sales force.
- Achieve established monthly closing rate and volume performance objectives
- Ability to learn duplicate and train our new employees with our Company model.
- Results and achieve monthly goals
- Forecast/ Report monthly performance.
