Job Description
Are you passionate about ensuring toptier product quality and driving continuous improvement Were seeking a Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing outofthebox quality for our customers. Youll monitor key performance indicators lead quality investigations and facilitate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve product performance. This position is ideal for a problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys collaborating with multifunctional teams and is committed to maintaining ISO compliance while driving longterm quality enhancements
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Monitor product performance and lead initiatives to enhance quality
- Track and analyze internal NonConformances developing countermeasures to reduce defects year over year
- Facilitate the Daily Support Request Triage meeting ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution
- Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement sustainable solutions for customer complaints
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to evaluate and resolve quality concerns
- Drive effective and timely resolutions for customer complaints
- Supervise NonConformance Reports (NCR) and corrective action implementation
- Conduct internal training on quality procedures and standard methodologies
- Actively participate in internal quality audits and ISO compliance initiatives

- Engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
- Three years minimum experience in Quality
- Shown success in continuous improvement of Quality Inspection processes
- Understanding of Quality Systems and process including: Working with pneumatic hydraulic and electric equipment.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015
- Advanced computer skill involving word processing spreadsheets data bases and QMS systems required
- Experience with the various industry standards: IEC NEC CEC PED ASME etc.
- Experience with Oracle quality functionality is a plus
- Work on Valve Actuators a plus
- Must be highly organized able to work independently across departmental boundaries
- Excellent mechanical and mathematical proficiency
