Job Description
Our client a highly innovative technology company operating in the crypto AI and payments domains is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Test case creation: Develop comprehensive test cases and test scenarios for both automated and manual testing based on requirements and design documents.
- Test : Execute automated test scripts and manually conduct tests to verify software functionality identify defects and ensure overall system stability.
- Regression testing: Perform regression testing both through automated scripts and manual testing to ensure that code changes do not negatively impact existing features.
- Defect identification and tracking: Identify document and track software defects using established tools and processes collaborating with developers for timely resolutions.
- Test documentation: Maintain clear and organized test documentation including test plans test cases and test results.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in the ongoing improvement of testing processes methods and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements resolve issues and deliver highquality software.
- Reporting: Provide regular status updates on testing progress results and any issues encountered to project stakeholders.
- Training and support: Assist in training team members particularly in areas of your expertise and provide support for testrelated inquiries.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software quality control quality assurance or a related IT role.
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in automated testing including familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (Appium Robot frameworks Selenium). - Proficiency in programming languages like Java Python or JavaScript for test automation purposes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and basic understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent communication skills allowing effective collaboration with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills to create and maintain test artifacts.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in software testing automation or related areas are advantageous.
Please note: this is an onsite position in Bangkok requiring 5 days/week in the office. Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply.
