Job Description
- Should lead the project in terms of Civil construction activities.
- SPOC for all the Civil construction activities at site level(SPOC for the site activities with respect to all).
- Tracking on long lead items and make them delivery in time to reach site for achieving the timelines.
- Coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders at site level for smooth of works without deviation of safety and quality.
- Should ensure that all works are happening without deviation in quality.
- Driving the main contractor and ensuring that all the required resources arranged to get the job done.
- Conducting the meetings with contractor and providing the construction clearances.
- Ensuring that all the works are happening without deviation of client safety protocols.
- Time to time coordination with internal MEP team for better understanding smooth of works.
- Ensuring that all the materials are available and planned for deliveries as per the agreed project schedule timelines.
- Coordinate and Preparation of weekly reports with internal team and ensure that the reports are getting delivered to all stakeholders on time.
Qualifications :
- Project Manager with Civil background with Warehouse project background experience.
Person should have experience in C&I and who can lead the project in terms of all construction related.
