What Youll Be Doing (Client Recruiter & Sales Role)
In this fastpaced and rewarding role youll:
Build relationships with law firms and corporate legal teams serving as their goto staffing expert
Recruit screen and interview toptier attorneys and legal support professionals guiding them through the hiring process
Engage in highimpact sales conversations and close both retained and contingent search accounts
Strategically grow your client portfolio using our proven inquirybased sales approach
Work closely with candidates and clients to make meaningful career connections
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
Were looking for someone who is:
A natural relationshipbuilder with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience (retail sales wont be considered)
Experienced in staffing legal recruiting or sales within the legal or accounting industries other industries will be considered.
A strategic thinker who takes a pragmatic approach to sales and recruiting
An active listener who understands how to engage and consult with professionals at all levels
A strong communicator and writer who can craft compelling presentations
A selfstarter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment
