Job Description

Introduction

About the Role:

This role would suit a motivated and passionate individual who wishes to continue their career in the Mining and Resources Sector.

This position will be primarily based onsite working the following roster:

  • Week 1: Monday Wednesday (onsite) Thursday & Friday (Mackay Office)
  • Week 2: Monday Tuesday (Mackay Office) Wednesday Friday (onsite)

Reporting to the onsite Account Manager you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Data entry and system administration in line with Protech standards
  • Client monthly meetings
  • Scanning & filing documents
  • Assisting the Account Manager with ongoing field employee management
  • Preparing reports and data as requested from the Client and/or Account Manager
  • Weekly timesheets
  • Assisting with a range of adhoc tasks and errands as required
  • Active field leadership with the Account Manager
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding functions where required

Description

About you:

Highly regarded;

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
  • Current Health Assessment and Standard 11

Mandatory:

  • Reside in the Mackay region
  • Ability to work onsite and from the Mackay Office
  • Demonstrated experience in Administration (Mining background will be highly regarded)
  • Intermediate experience with Excel Microsoft Office Suite Teams & Outlook
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Goalorientated and results driven
  • Ability to work within a closeknit team and unsupervised
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Current drivers licence
