ChildServe has an opening for a Talent Acquisition Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to learn about the recruiting strategies in a healthcare organization and contribute to projects and research related to talent trends and process optimization.
Schedule: 2025 hours/week Summer 2025
Compensation: $15/hour
What Youll Do
- Manage your own job requisition supporting the process from posting to hire.
- Support intern programming activities.
- Lead an Interview Guide revision project.
- Leverage sourcing and recruitment tools to learn how to identify and recruit talent.
- Review the organizations background check processes and provide input on improvements.
- Review and provide recommendations on staff handbook updates.
- Research and recommend changes to selected organizational policies.
What Youll Need
- Must be currently enrolled in a degreeseeking program preferably in Business Human Resource Management Marketing or related program.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Selfmotivated with strong propensity for action results and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes programs and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading writing and speaking the English language.
- Ability to work onsite in our Johnston Iowa location.
