Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager at Corinth Auto Group in Corinth Mississippi. This is a fulltime salary based sales position in the fastpaced and exciting auto industry. You will be responsible for driving sales managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring a positive and successful customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership goals and quotas
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed individual and team targets
Monitor sales metrics and utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for increased productivity
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Stay uptodate on industry trends market conditions and competitive activities
Train and onboard new sales team members
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
Assist with closing deals and negotiating pricing when needed
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times
Requirements:
Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customeroriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software
High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
