Job Title: Senior Real Estate Attorney
Location: (NJ NY MD FL)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate finance to join our clients firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise representing both lenders and borrowers in complex transactions. Experience with leverage transactions preferred equity and joint ventures is a plus.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong client relationship management skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of successfully handling commercial real estate finance deals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial real estate finance transactions for lenders and borrowers.
- Provide expert legal counsel on leverage transactions preferred equity and joint ventures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across multiple office locations.
- Stay updated on real estate finance laws and regulations.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Bar admission in at least one state where the firm has an office (NY NJ MD or FL).
- Proven experience in commercial real estate finance and transactional law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients.
- Preferred: Experience with leverage transactions preferred equity and joint ventures.
