In this role candidate will provide daily support to Industrial businesses in the area of commercial finance processes pricing customers incentives deal management & financial reporting and will be responsible for leading strategical crossregional transformation projects.
What You Will Do:
- Manage endtoend commercial finance processes for Industrial Businesses in Europe including coordination of price increase process between various stakeholders groups
- Manage customer incentives including process of rebates accruals & settlements and any related analysis.
- Work closely with Division Finance and Field Sales to provide best in class level of business partnering and commercial processes governance around pricing contract management rebate analysis.
- Act as liaison between Business & Shared Services functions.
- Work on improvement of existing management reports to support better business decisions.
- Lead transformation projects including team scope expansion to new business.
- Proactively seek and implement process improvement initiatives including process automatization & digitalization.
- Manage Team of more than 20 associates ensuring top quality of support provided to the business and proactive talent development.

- 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis business support or shared service functions in a multinational company
- University degree (or equivalent) in finance accounting or business management.
- Strong business acumen ability to foresee all critical market and internal parameters of a potential investment.
- Strong communication skills to communicate financial information in a simple and easy language with a variety of audiences.
- Selfmotivated and adaptable scope can vary considerably depending on business direction.
- Team management experience and constant drive & passion for team development.
- Excel modeling skills & experience with SAP/HFM/EPM is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills will be a plus.
