ADI Global which is a branch of the Resideo family and is growing rapidly is looking to add to our Sales Team. You will be assigned your own book of existing customer accounts and will be responsible for buildingand maintaining strong longlasting customer relationshipswith ADI. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Drive business growth by closing sales
  • Identify possible improvement opportunities
  • Understand products systems and procedures
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
  • Enhance department and organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a daytoday basis
  • Maintain Existing Customers
  • Manage Sales Cycle
  • Provide Excellent Customer Support
  • Raise Escalations
  • Work with Larger Sales Organizations
