Position Summary

Were excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow direction from the F&B Supervisor to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations to support us in creating the best live music experience in Rio Rancho.

Due to scheduled working hours all applicants must be 18. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments involves shifts at evenings and weekends.


Knowledge skills & experience:

  • Work independently when required using your own initiative.
  • Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience
  • Effective communication and organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Cocktail making skills and advanced Beverage knowledge.
  • Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium events arena festival environment or equivalent fastpaced hospitality setting or volumeled environment.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15 plus tips.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for food & beverage service within in the suites
  • Must demonstrate ability to read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders.
  • Responsible for ensuring all necessary equipment and preordered food & beverage items ordered are stocked to proper levels in the suite prior to the Event.
  • Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite including ingredients portion sizes pricing and preparation.
  • Responsible for recording a guests order and relaying to the Suite Supervisor or Manager.
  • Responsible for observing guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests
  • Assist runners when needed to ensure food is brought to pantry on time for delivery.
  • Responsible for presenting the guest with the final bill summary and accepting payment as necessary.
  • Responsible for cleaning up remaining food product and equipment after the Event.
  • Maintains sanitation health and safety standards in work areas.
  • Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate with employees coworkers volunteers management staff and guests in a clear businesslike and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to speak read and write in English.
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented fastpaced eventdriven environment.
  • Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition subtraction multiplication division percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.
