*We have urgent Requirement for Surgical Gastroenterologists*
Position : Surgical Gastroenterologists
Experience : 2yrs
Location : Bidar Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures on the gastrointestinal tract.
- Diagnose gastrointestinal disorders through patient assessments and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patients progress postsurgery and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and postoperative care.
- Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and advancements in gastroenterology.
- Conduct regular followup appointments to track patient recovery and health status.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in electronic health records.
- Participate in surgical team meetings to discuss cases and patient care strategies.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative care for all surgical patients.
- Troubleshoot complications that may arise during or after surgical procedures.
- Contribute to departmental policies and procedures regarding surgical practices.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior surgical staff and residents.
- Actively participate in community outreach to promote gastrointestinal health awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Completion of a residency program in general surgery.
- Completion of a fellowship in surgical gastroenterology.
- Board certification in surgical gastroenterology.
- Active medical license in the state of practice.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a surgical gastroenterology setting.
- Strong background in gastrointestinal anatomy and physiology.
- Proven experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Demonstrated patientcentered approach in clinical practice.
- Willingness to participate in research and clinical trials.
- Ability to manage highstress situations effectively.
