About the Role
Were looking for a Clinical Assistant to join our team at our recently opened Eagle Farm clinic and our Spring Hill clinic. In this role youll support our plastic surgeons contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic ensuring optimal patient care. Duties include:
- Bookings management.
- Medical information collection and form preparation.
- Managing specialist billing and quoting.
- Communication with clients hospitals and insurance companies.
This is a fastpaced unique role offering the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded specialists contributing to patient care.
About You
Wed love if you had:
- Working knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS claiming.
- Experience with Genie Practice Management Software or similar.
- Previous medical and/or allied health administration experience.
We NEED you to have:
- A responsive patientcentred individual who is committed to providing clinical excellence.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- An individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
- Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one.
