We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our clients team in Preston. Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will provide expert nutritional advice and support to patients with a range of conditions from acute illness to longterm health issues. Youll assess and plan personalized care plans working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Your role will involve educating patients and staff on dietrelated matters ensuring effective communication of complex information. You will also monitor and review patient progress adjust treatment plans as needed and contribute to ongoing service development.
Qualifications and Experience:
HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
Previous experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Knowledge and experience in assessing and managing patients with a variety of medical conditions including gastrointestinal metabolic and chronic diseases.
Strong understanding of evidencebased dietary interventions and treatment planning.
Ability to educate and advise patients on nutritional management and lifestyle changes.
Experience with nutrition assessments and creating personalized care plans.
