We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our corporate client base. The Corporate Sales Manager will also be tasked with leading and coaching the sales team analyzing sales data and fostering strong relationships with clients. If you have a passion for sales excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a drive to succeed in a fastpaced environment we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate sales targets
- Lead and coach the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales processes
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on corporate sales and sales channel management
- Strong sales coaching and analytics skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred
- 01 years of relevant work experience in sales or a similar role
