Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detailoriented Video Editor to join our content team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video a strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to produce engaging highquality shortform content tailored for platforms like Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
Requirements
- Edit and produce attentiongrabbing videos optimized for each social media platform.
- Repurpose longform content (e.g. webinars interviews podcasts) into bitesized clips.
- Add captions graphics transitions effects and music that align with our brand identity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends formats and platform requirements.
- Collaborate with content creators marketers and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor especially for social media content.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro CapCut or similar.
Strong sense of pacing visual storytelling and attention to detail.
Understanding of various social media formats aspect ratios and audience behaviors.
Ability to work independently and accept feedback constructively.
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or animation.
