Job Description

Headmistress needed in a school in Vijayawada.

Immediate Joining.

Requirements.

Oversee curriculum implementation for iCBSE ensuring high educational standards.

Lead and mentor teachers in best teaching practices lesson planning and student engagement.
Monitor student progress and implement effective learning strategies.
Ensure smooth of assessments evaluations and academic events.

School Administration

Manage daytoday operations ensuring discipline and a structured learning environment.

Work closely with department heads to align academic and extracurricular programs.
Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines maintaining all necessary documentation.

Faculty & Staff Management:

Train and mentor teachers and staff.

Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
Foster a culture of teamwork collaboration and innovation among staff.

Student & Parent Engagement:

Act as a bridge between students parents and school management.
Address student concerns behavioral issues and provide necessary guidance.
Organize parentteacher meetings and ensure transparent communication.

Marketing & Admissions:

Collaborate with the admissions team to promote the school s brand and increase enrollments.
Represent the school in educational events seminars and community programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./M.Ed.
Minimum 5 8 years of experience in school leadership roles.
Expertise in both CBSE & IGCSE curricula is a must.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

Passion for education and student development.
