The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of educational facilities ensuring both technical precision and creative excellence. This role involves overseeing project development from conceptual design through to project completion while ensuring alignment with sustainable design practices and educational needs.
This will be a fulltime hybrid position requiring the candidate to be onsite with some workfromhome flexibility.
Salary: $70000/
Travel: 10
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Architect preferably with experience in K12 educational facilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit
- Proven ability to manage all architectural aspects of a project including client communication design and coordination with consultants and contractors
- Experience in sustainable design practices (LEED accreditation preferred)
- Strong problemsolving leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with construction documents codes and regulatory requirements
