Job Description

PET/CT Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technologist Quick Responder Fulltime

We are currently seeking a PET/CT Technologist Quick Responder to join our Heartland Region. This technologist will be covering a territory including Iowa Nebraska Kansas Missouri Oklahoma and Colorado.

Ideal location for technologist is Omaha or Lincoln NE Kansas City KS or Kansas City MO or Des Moines IA. Relocation assistance available for any technologist willing to relocate to any of these locations!

Anticipated Schedule:

  • Typically 4 days per week with overnights depending on location

  • Could work extra hours/days for coverage

  • Weekly guarantee of hours

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with regional management to ensure all sites are running efficiently

  • Assist with monthly radiation safety requirements and observations

  • Competently perform imaging procedures including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals

  • Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines

  • Maintain compassionate patient care comfort and safety while ensuring patient confidentiality

  • Ability to cover the assigned territory for coverage

Qualifications:

  • Registered/registry eligible in Nuclear Medicine: NMTCBCNMT or ARRT(N)

  • Ability to receive permit to practice(s) as necessary

  • Ability to produce quality special imaging with little supervision

  • Successfully pass a preemployment (post offer) background check urine drug screen and physical
