Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care in Rochester Hills Michigan is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. This position involves providing personal care services to clients in their homes to assist with daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene such as bathing and grooming
- Helping clients by providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients health or behavior
Requirements:
- Willing to travel if necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Driver license and transportation
