Job Description
Job Title: Reservations Agent
Location: St Andrews Fife
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
As Reservations Agent you will help contribute towards promoting and selling of Fairmont St. Andrews bedrooms and facilities.
A little bit about what you will be doing:
- Take telephone enquiries for leisure room bookings 8 rooms and under) using appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques
- Respond to enquiries via the website email and letter in a timely manner with the appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques
- Have a good knowledge of the Resorts facilities SPA Golf and Food and Beverage outlets in order that these facilities can be sold to the guest
- Assisting with the procedure for group bookings inputting of rooming list and group amendments
- Have sufficient knowledge of the packages that are available including Valentines Easter Christmas New Year in order that these can be sold
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships
- Previous experience within a similar role is preferred
- Hospitality experience is essential
