Job Description
Join our new role of a ServiceNow SPM Domain Architect that focuses on designing implementing and maintaining solutions using the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module within ServiceNow.
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement SPM solutions tailored to the organisations specific needs including demand management project and portfolio management application portfolio management and financial planning.
- Development of ServiceNow Solutions: Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Providing technical expertise and participating in the implementation of the new ServiceNow functionalities
- Documentation of ServiceNow architecture for use internally
- Contribution to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery
- Implementation configuration and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties
Qualifications :
You will be a great fit for this role if you have
- Bachelors/Masters degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- ServiceNow knowledge and at least 4 years of implementation experience (Developer Lead developer) in ServiceNow
- Implementation experience with 2 projects in the SPM domain
- CSA and CIS SPM certificate is a must
- 4 years of experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript SQL DB)
- Project management skills
- Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) from the process perspective is a plus
- Solid communication skills ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs
- Fluent English
