Job Description
Support Our Store Behind the Scenes
Thrifty Threads relies on a dedicated team to keep donations organized and ready for customers. As a Back of House Team Member youll play a key role in sorting pricing and preparing inventory for the sales floor.
What Youll Do
- Sort and process incoming donations.
- Assist in pricing and displaying merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized backofhouse space.
- Work closely with store leadership and volunteers.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous experience in retail resale or warehouse work is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions.
- Teamoriented with strong attention to detail.
Job Details
- Schedule: Parttime with flexible shifts available store hours are 10AM6PM
- Pay Rate: $14 per hour.
- Location: East Side Indianapolis.
