Job Description

About this role:

The Wells Fargo HR Operations team is seeking a SR HR Service Delivery Program Manager to help drive the evolution of our delivery model processes and technology. In this role you will own and manage a portfolio of HR Operations projects and initiatives partner with business leaders to redesign processes and utilize data and analytics to improve the employee and manager experience.


In this role you will:

  • Lead a variety of assigned projects and programs in HR Service Delivery to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and lead initiatives related to process improvement and HR service optimization.
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Analyze business problems document and recommend solutions
  • Present recommendations to develop implement and monitor strategic approaches effectiveness of support function and business performance improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches effectiveness of support function and business performance or improvement
  • Use data to tell the story identify and address opportunities within the process.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Business Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR process design and product management
  • Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module
  • Experience with Workday HCM
  • Experience with Service Delivery operations
  • Process design experience
  • Change management experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Automation experience
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Operational knowledge of HR tools processes workflows
  • Understanding of HR or similar tools and technology to support drive and leverage emerging technology trends.
  • Experience completing industry research and using the information to develop and recommend approach for WF businesses

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is posted in Charlotte NC; Mpls MN; West Des Moines IA; Phoenix AZ; San Antonio and Dallas TX

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84000.00 $149400.00
