As a master student in the team you will perform research to advance the Sports Medicine patientspecific solution offering. You will investigate and implement novel analysis methods evaluate the results (statistical data analysis and compare the results with the literature.

You perform independent research in which you work with threedimensional models and image data and evaluate ideas that will assist in preoperative planning.
You will gain insights in how research supports defining solutions for new product development in the medical device industry.
You will enhance your scripting skills by automating your developed approaches and evaluations and allow for efficient processing of data.

Academic Pursuit: You are currently pursuing a biomedical engineering or a related engineering degree and are actively seeking a masters thesis project for a 6month duration.
Technical Drive: Your passion lies in expanding your technical expertise particularly in areas such as 3D image analysis segmentation scripting/programming and data/statistical analysis.
Software Savvy: You eagerly apply your proficiency in CADtype software e.g. 3Matic Medical) and scipting applications e.g. Python) for obtaining results.
Clinical Insight: Ideally you possess a solid grasp of clinical concepts and have prior research experience enabling you to work independently.
Effective Communication: Your strong spoken and written English skills empower you to confidently engage in our international environment and successfully complete your masters thesis in scientific English.
