Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who will become a member of the experienced EMEA Customer Service team.
As a Customer Service Coordinator you are a representative of Valmet and establish develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to continuously generate business for Valmet. The work is conducted in close collaboration with various internal resources. The work is based on the customers needs and Valmets business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and speeding up the resolution of customer needs problems and complaints. You will have a chance to create new business opportunities in a proactive and customeroriented way. Your role is to offer sell and deliver daily spare parts of Valmet Legacy to external pulp and paper customers in EMEA as a resource for balancing the workload of Customer Service Specialist.
To succeed in this role you will need:
Bachelors or other equivalent degree technical or commercial.
Working knowledge of sales processes and experience in sales
Working knowledge of MS Office
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to develop problem solving skills to overcome barriers
Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of paper/board manufacturing process and equipment is an advantage.
