About the Position
As the Sales Manager Middle East you will spearhead the growth of Zeecos business in the region managing the sales process from the initial customer contact to securing orders and supporting project implementation. This role requires a dynamic customeroriented individual with a strong technical background and an aptitude for building lasting relationships with clients and partners across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Middle East cultivating relationships and establishing a strong presence for Zeeco in the region.
Customer Engagement: Initiate and nurture client contacts guiding them from initial inquiries to formalized project requirements.
Technical Solutions: Conduct feasibility studies evaluate customer project scopes and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions that meet their needs.
Site Visits and Troubleshooting: Visit client facilities conduct site surveys and provide handson problemsolving expertise.
Proposal Creation: Develop and deliver comprehensive technical and commercial proposals working with engineering teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
Sales Support: Collaborate with Zeecos global teams including project engineers purchasing logistics and manufacturing to create seamless project handovers.
Contract Negotiation: Review negotiate and finalize commercial terms and conditions leading to successful project closings.
Handover and Support: Provide a smooth handover of orders to project teams and offer postorder assistance as needed.
Quality and Compliance: Uphold Zeecos HSE and Quality standards to ensure all projects meet rigorous health safety and environmental requirements.
About You:
Education: Strong technical or engineering background ideally with formal qualifications in engineering.
Regional Expertise: Experience in the oil and gas industry within the Middle East with a proven track record of project sales and regional market understanding.
Technical Knowledge: Background in combustion equipment or related technologies is a plus though not essential.
Engineering Competency: Mechanical or process engineering experience with practical site exposure or commissioning experience preferred.
Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
Ideal location: Dammam office Saudi Arabia
Open to candidates established in UAE or Qatar
Attributes: Highly organised driven and adaptable with strong negotiation skills and a customerfocused approach.
Travel Readiness: Open to extensive travel within the Middle East to build and maintain client relationships.
