The Tarrant to & Through (T3 Partnership aims to increase postsecondary credentials and workforce success for Tarrant County students. Currently only 39 of adults have an associate degree or higher despite 65 of jobs requiring postsecondary education. T3 provides resources financial assistance and opportunities to students and families equipping them for successful careers. Through collaboration with various organizations we strive for inclusive pathways to education. POSITION OVERVIEW The Sr. Manager of Corporate Growth Strategy will lead the T3 workforce pipeline initiatives by working with internal team members and external partners to connect students completing degrees and credentials with familysustaining wage job opportunities internships and apprenticeships. This position will establish and lead T3s internal corporate pipeline strategy and leverage and expand external corporate and education partnership connections. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for Tarrant County workforce boards and chambers of commerce engagement in the workforce pipeline strategy. Provide support the Mayors Council and T3 in hosting corporate and job readiness Impact Network convenings to provide strategy updates deepen the alignment between industry needs and education training and grow the number of industry and community partners posting open entrylevel positions on the T3 Pathways to Careers platform. This role requires a highly organized reliable and proactive individual who can work crossfunctionally across multiple departments and engage external constituent groups to meet established KPIs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Grow the T3 Pathways to Careers cluster engagement from the initial 4 to all 14 over the course of 5 years adding two career clusters per year.
- Assist T3 the Mayors Council and chamber leadership in expanding industry partner engagement on the platform to 50 partners in FY25.
- Provide presentations to the T3 Workforce Development Committee Fort Worth Mayors Council local Chambers of Commerce and Workforce Development Boards.
- Update progress weekly in T3s Lead Measure Scorecard and KPI management system.
- Identify companies with the highest workforce needs in the following Career Clusters Transportation and Logistics Health Sciences Architecture and Construction and Manufacturing/IT.
- Research and share local job growth trends with the T3 staff Board of Directors and Mayors Council.
- Work with the T3 Data Analytics team to create workforce pipeline visualizations illuminating the student pipeline in T3 and Mayors Council partner districts.
- Align strategies and approaches with T3s Sr. Education Advisor to the Mayors Council.
- Establish systems and processes to scale the workforce pipeline strategy throughout Tarrant County.
- Provide creative and innovative ideas and approaches to solving complex problems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience - Bachelors degree in business administration Public Policy Human Resource Management Communications/PR or other related field.
- Masters Degree preferred.
- 3 years of professional experience working in workforce development career and technical education human resources or chambers of commerce.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly in nonprofits education or with economically vulnerable students and families.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position will require occasional travel throughout the DallasFort Worth Metroplex and surrounding suburbs to meet with community education and business partners.
