Job Skills / Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Has effective writing and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Valid CA guard card/license.
- Display great customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to walk or stand 7 hours out of an 8 hour shift.
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
- Must learn how to communicate via radio or Zello.
- Must be able to learn military/police codes and phonetics.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at a client site calmly and effectively.
- Must be able to converse with authority and compassion.
- Work in various environments such as cold weather rain snow or heat.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Climb stairs ramps or ladders occasionally during shift.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
