Job Description
This position is responsible for maintenance of buildings facilities and grounds of the Gainesville campus. This position is parttime with no more than 19 hours of work a week. Responsibilities Include : Tend daily to emergency urgent and routine maintenance requests Perform regular walkthrough inspections of college buildings and campus grounds and property Patrol for and clean up litter and other debris on campus grounds maintaining & caring for lawns flower beds shrubbery trees & plants planting and weeding performing other general maintenance of facilities with minimal supervision
