Entertainment Event Technician & Stage Manager
Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Windsor SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible any 5 days out of 7 according to the event calendar
Contract Type: Seasonal until Summer 2025
Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort we are getting ready for our 2025 season and we are recruiting for Event Technicians and Stage Managers to join our AWESOME Entertainment Team!
Our exciting new event the LEGO Festival will be running on select dates throughout late Spring and early Summer and we are looking for skilled and experienced technicians and stage managers to join the team.
Technicians:
This role is key in our event delivery and will ensure that our performance team have everything they need to give our guests some fantastic memories and elevate their experience with us.
Our technicians will operate our live shows troubleshooting where necessary maintain the highest standards or health and safety compliance and of course interact with our guests to create magical memories for them to take away. As an experienced theatre or theme park technician youll be no stranger to delivering high quality live entertainment that our guests will remember!
Stage Managers:
As a Stage Manager you will ensure the safe delivery of our shows and popup entertainment offerings acting as a point of contact for both the performance team and operational team. Youll remain calm and professional in the unlikely event of a show stop minimising disruption to our guest experience and always ensuring the highest quality of show delivery.
Please note there will be elements of crossfunctionality across both roles
Qualifications & Experience
Technicians:
- Experience with theatrical A/V systems including lighting sound and automation
- Proven experience on audio/visual troubleshooting
- Confident show operator in live venues
Stage Managers:
- Previous stage management experience is essential
- A good working knowledge of the theme park entertainment industry or theatre industry with a good understanding of health and safety legislation
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards in the workplace
Both:
- Must be fully available for the following dates:
- Rehearsals: 14th April 2nd May
- Event Dates: 3rd May 8th June (weekends & half term)

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
We are looking for Event Technicians and Stage Managers to join our AWESOME team at the UKs favourite childrens theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 212. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
