Our client pride themselves on being a toptier construction company dedicated to executing exceptional commercial projects throughout Miami and its environs. Their focus on quality innovation and sustainable building practices has earned them a stellar reputation in the Florida construction sector. As they continue to grow they are looking for a skilled Construction Manager to lead their upcoming commercial endeavors.

They are on the hunt for a seasoned Commercial Construction Manager to spearhead and oversee a variety of commercial construction projects in Miami Florida. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership skills indepth knowledge of construction methodologies and a history of successfully managing projects within set budgets and timelines.



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in construction management within the commercial sector preferably in the Florida area.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP OSHA) are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore MS Projects AutoCaD)
  • Experience with sustainable building practices and green certifications (e.g. LEED) is a plus
