Job Description
This is a remote position.
Core Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Implementation and Setup: Setting up and configuring the HubSpot platform to align with the companys needs and goals.
- User Management: Managing user accounts permissions and access levels within HubSpot.
- Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy cleanliness and organization within the HubSpot CRM.
- Integration Management: Setting up and maintaining integrations with other platforms and apps (e.g. Zapier Google Shopify).
- Customization: Customizing views properties workflows and other configurable parts of the HubSpot interface.
- Reporting and Analytics: Creating and managing reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to users across the organization on how to effectively use HubSpot.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting platformrelated issues and resolving problems.
- Process Automation: Building and managing automated workflows and processes.
- Documentation: Maintaining updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures.
- Vendor Management: Developing statements of work for vendors and directing all applicable work on behalf of the company.
