About the Role:
As a key team member you will often be our organizations first point of contact making it essential to leave a positive and lasting impression. Your primary responsibilities will include direct customer phone text and email interaction. Since we do not use scripts you will need to listen attentively think critically and guide customers to the support they need. We are looking for someone with exceptional phone etiquette the ability to convey confidence and a positive personality.
This is not a receptionist or sales position; our customer service role is integral to our marketing team. You will be expected to contribute ideas and opinions to aid in the overall growth of our organization. We are looking for someone who has experience providing creative solutions to provide an incredible customer journey with us.
We are busy! This position requires punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Location:
While we are a flexible employer this fulltime position requires working onsite at our office. It is not a remote position.
To be considered candidates must live within a 20minute commute from our office.
