Sales Representative Catamaran Charter Company
Are you passionate about customer service and sales Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative at our premier catamaran charter company. This onsite fulltime position 9 AM 6 PM) offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant fastpaced environment on the water!
What Youll Do:
- Customer Service & Reservations:
- Answer incoming calls and take reservations with a friendly professional attitude.
- Ensure concierge reservations are accurately recorded with detailed notes to guarantee proper agent compensation.
- Check voicemails regularly and promptly return missed calls.
- Sales & Communication:
- Gather detailed information for charter requests and forward them to the sales team.
- Monitor trip bookings and coordinate with captains regarding passenger counts weather conditions and other critical details.
- Oversee tour reservations ensure payments are received send reminder emails and update booking notes as changes occur.
- Review bookings 14 days in advance to verify that trips are scheduled on the correct dates and to prevent double bookings.
- Marketing & Outreach:
- Create and post engaging content on social media and Google Maps including a minimum of three reels per day.
- Distribute flyers and ensure they are readily available at the dock sign.
- Build and maintain relationships with concierges valets and front desk staff at nearby hotels and rental properties.
- Operational Excellence:
- Follow the sales manual and adhere to our code of operations to maintain high service standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in sales or a customerfacing role is a plus.
- Social media savvy with a creative approach to content creation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
