Legal Finance Business Development

Erascais a clinicalstage precision oncology company focused on discovering developing and commercializing medicines for the benefit of patients with cancer. Position Summary:

Erascas 2025 Summer Internship Program is a paid 6 8 week internship for undergraduate and graduate students looking for meaningful work experience in the biotechnology industry. We have designed the program to give interns handson project experience and the opportunity to develop professional skills and establish career networks and mentors.

Under the mentorship of: (i) SVP Business Development; (ii) the General Counsel; (iii) SVP Finance; and (iv) the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer the Intern will participate in activities in Erascas Business Development Legal and Finance departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare market overviews to analyze the competitive landscape for Erascas product candidates
• Take part in Erascas quarterly SEC reporting process
• Support the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and related SEC reports
• Work will be performed in a hybrid manner with the Intern expected to be onsite at least three days a week with frequent telecommunication during remote workdays
• Perform all duties in keeping with the Companys core values policies and all applicable regulations

Required Education and Experience:

• Student currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in business economics or related area
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Strong learning orientation curiosity and commitment to science and patients

Eligibility:

• Must be 18 years of age prior to scheduled start date
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to commit to the full 810 week time frame
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

Salary:

The anticipated salary for this position is $25.00 per hour.
