Job Description
Position: Staffing Sales Representative/Fulldesk Recruiter
Job Type: Fulltime Permanent
Location: Waterbury CT and New Haven CT
Salary: Up to $75000 based on experience and skill level
Benefits: Medical Insurance Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule
Requirements: We are seeking a selfmotivated friendly outgoing sales professional or fulldesk recruiter who enjoys building and cultivating longterm relationships. A light industrial staffing background is a plus but not required.
Description: Call on manufacturers warehousers and similar clients generate leads perform client followup schedule inperson client visits and close sales. Pass down job requirements and assist recruiters with job openings.
Interview Process: A phone interview with the recruiter then the next steps will be provided.
