Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Finance Retention Manager to lead initiatives aimed at retaining and reengaging existing finance customers. In this role you will develop and execute strategies to maximize customer loyalty manage a maturing finance customer database and work closely with our Retail Sales teams to drive repeat business within our dealerships.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing Customer Retention Strategies
- Customer Database Management
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Qualifications :
Ideally you will bring the following:
- Proven experience in finance retention customer relationship management or automotive finance.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing dealership operations and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and develop insights.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to drive sales initiatives and work collaboratively with dealership teams.
- Experience in CRM systems and datadriven customer engagement strategies is highly regarded.
- Enthusiasm motivation and a positive mindset fostering a great team and customer experience.
- Teamoriented approach valuing collaboration and effective communication within the team.
