We are seeking a dynamic and teamoriented individual to join our spirited team.

As Quality Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating career development initiatives within the American Job Center locations. Our Quality Services Manager leads a team dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their career goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing career services programs fostering connections with employers and facilitating networking opportunities for students or clients. You will also work with internal and external partners to enhance career readiness and job placement outcomes.

Our team is growing as we enhance our services throughout the community! At the American Job Center our team of career advisors job developers and business services consultants have come together to provide services to assist jobseekers in their career endeavors.

Responsibilities

Successful Elements:

  • Interpret and teach federal and state regulations to ensure that Case Managers are effectively meeting contractual obligations for WIOA and JFES
  • Ensure that case notes are entered in a timely manner providing a proper evaluation of the customers experience including proper grammar and syntax
  • Review and approve program eligibility determination
  • Monitor team performance and report outcomes to internal and external constituents
  • Ensure positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract
  • Meet with the Case Managers to review their caseloads and determine progress towards job readiness for all customers in a timely manner

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in a leadership role preferably in career services human resources or related fields
  • Experience managing and motivating teams setting goals and providing guidance and support to team members
  • Indepth knowledge of career development theories job market trends and employment strategies
  • Excellent communication skills: communicate clearly listen actively and convey information and feedback effectively
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients employers alumni and other stakeholders
  • Experience in program development and implementation to meet the career services goals of the organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint is essential for report generation and data analysis
  • A valid drivers license and a clean driving record

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
