What You Will Do:
Independently design and develop schematics and PCB layouts for electronic circuit boards in medical devices ensuring alignment with system requirements.
Develop review and execute electrical system tests using advanced equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers logic analyzers) to validate performance and reliability.
Identify and evaluate solutions to complex product design challenges balancing tradeoffs at the component and subsystem levels.
Lead the creation and refinement of technical documentation including schematics design descriptions stackup calculations and manufacturing test specifications.
Interface with manufacturers to define and implement manufacturing test specifications for scalable production.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with R&D Quality Manufacturing Regulatory Clinical Marketing and Project Management to drive project success.
Build relationships and influence across engineering teams fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Deliver highquality results with passion energy and a strong commitment to meeting business priorities such as process improvements technology advancements and product development from concept to launch.
What You Need (Required Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in EE or related discipline & 4 years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced understanding of electrical components and manufacturing methods including common failure modes.
Ability to interpret analyze and test electrical designs.
Working knowledge of the electrical design process.
Proficiency in the use of CAD and/or other circuit design and analysis tools to design.
Knowledge of standard technologies used in industry.
Ability to interpret and analyze system drawings with basic Mechanical/Software/Electrical Interactions.
Knowledge of subsystem system and environmental interactions and how to design to them.
