Job Description
We are seeking motivated students for an OntheJob Training (OJT) opportunity in Softlines/Textile at our Makati site in the Philippines. This program is designed to provide knowledge with operations and administrative/support activities.
- Assist in various aspects of softlines and textile team activities
- Support the team in documenting and reporting data needed by the Superior
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn about industry best practices
- Contribute to projects related to textile design production or quality assurance
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of the
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a textilerelated course or program (e.g. Fashion Design Textile Engineering or related field)
- Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and softlines products
- Familiarity with quality control processes in textile manufacturing
- Basic understanding of textile materials and properties
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- No prior work experience required; this is an entrylevel training opportunity
