Job Description
We are looking for a detailoriented IT Service Acceptance Team Member to manage the patching process for Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) Business Intelligence (BI) systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components. The role involves defining patching scope coordinating with teams handling change requests supporting postpatching issues and ensuring compliance with approval processes.
Key Skill: Oracle EBusiness Suite R12/ Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (at least 2 Modules)
Key Responsibilities:
- Patching Management Define scope develop patching plans and ensure approvals.
- Impact Assessment & Testing Conduct assessments collaborate with testing teams and review nonfunctional testing results.
- Change Management & Compliance Handle change requests approvals and stakeholder communication.
- PostPatching Support Provide four weeks of issue resolution support.
- Disaster Recovery Oversee DR planning testing and reporting.
- Technical Expertise Work with Oracle EBS modules (AP AR GL PO) SQL and database compliance.
This role is ideal for candidates who excel in patch management stakeholder collaboration and ensuring system stability.

Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle EBS BI OCI SQL and patching processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture change management and troubleshooting.
- Project management & problemsolving abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Disaster recovery & compliance expertise.
Preferred: Oracle certifications & ITIL knowledge.
