Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR / People Administrator to join our team in NewcastleunderLyme. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our HR processes while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure meticulous data integrity and quality in all HR records reporting and documentation.
  • Take ownership of HR administration including processing new joiners and leavers maintaining employee records and generating reports.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries providing timely and effective responses inperson via telephone and via email.
  • Support absence and performance management processes with accuracy and discretion.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment processes contributing to a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the planning and of company and team events.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • Proactive selfstarter with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Resilient adaptable and detailoriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • HR administration experience preferred; CIPD or HR degree desirable.
  • Proficient in HRIS ideally knowledge of IFS HCM but not essential Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with a customerservice focus.
  • Knowledge of HR policies employment laws and best practice.


Additional Information :

Working Hours: This is a fulltime role usually Monday to Friday 9am 5pm.
